Quality Assurance

I have gained years of experience editing, proofreading and assessing the quality of translations into Spanish. I have a keen eye for detail and am always on the lookout for any inconsistencies, or issues to do with grammar, spelling, style or formatting.

Freelance Project Management

With 4 years’ in-house experience as a project manager, I am adept at handling multilingual projects to strict deadlines. I can put together translator teams, carefully selecting linguists with the relevant expertise, and manage the overall running of the project to meet the client’s specific needs.

Pricing

My prices for translation are normally based on the number of words in the original document. Rates are always tailored to suit each project according to its subject area, urgency and complexity, so a legal document that is required ASAP will cost more than a general text with no particular deadline.

If your text is a scanned or handwritten document I’ll usually charge a rate per page. Short documents will incur a minimum fee. Interpreting, editing/proofreading and project management services are charged by the hour.
